This thread has reminded me of a conversation with a girl on my course a while back…
She had a son before getting with her now ex-husband. In the UK fathers of the child are made to pay some sort of child maintenance. She wanted to know how much maintenance she could get out of the guy who had brought her son up with her for the past 7 years, even though he wasn’t actually his child!!!
Talk about trying your luck!
