Normally i wouldnt comment on post stupid as above but still i cant resist to fix your general knowledge. ISRO deals with space technology not in medical science.

Still a scientific research facility filled with hundreds if not thousands of Russian scientists, Get the point mate.

Unless you want to tell us that ISRO is not a scientific research facility but a Tandoori hotel?
