Generally when you're stressed..

So whenever I am stressed…i seem to loose more weight. And yes i do maintain my diet..but it has been quiet difficult..as in..i don’t feel hungry anymore. And say if i try to eat more..i feel like throwing up..so i don’t eat more than i need to. Does this happen to any of you that you loose or may be gain weight when you’re stressed?

Yep...happens with me all the time.That's the reason I'm underweight.

I would consider you lucky in that case. Usually, people tend to gain weight for excessive eating during times of stress.

However, I wouldn't recommend forcing yourself to eat if you are not hungry. Try to drink juice and milk instead. Or eat dates. It will help maintain your weight.

Find healthy ways to deal with your stress, such as talking to close relative or friends.

I am the same. I throw up profusely when I'm stressed. leading to losing weight.

Happens to me all the time. I tend to lose my appetite when I am stressed, which is like 24/7 pretty much.

haha..well thank you ms. therapist.... Yes i have wonderful sisters..so i talk to them when i am stressed. It is just that...i can't eat much..which of course creates problem....when working out. Actually..i am not going to gym nowdays much..due to extreme busy schedule..
