So what kind of shoes do u girls wear underneath shalwar qameez/Pakistani clothes in snowy cold weather, I get quite confused what to wear as u can’t really wear boots under shalwar qameez.

I don't wear shalwar kameez if i go outside durin winterz...my mum wear ballerinaaz with anti slip and black socks....or short heel shoes with black shoes :)

general question

Well depending on the day I wear boots if there's to much snow outside and then change at the party. Otherwise if it's just wet sometimes I can get away with pulling my fancy heels out but I like to be comfortable over style so I just take my change of shoes. That's what most do as I have seen

really depends on how bad it is and the venue......
if I know that I will be removing my shoes at the door anyway (i.e. the party is at someone's home where shoes are left at the door) then I don't worry much and wear pumps with a good sole or even boots when the snow is knee deep.

if the party is at a hall, restaurant etc then usually I can be dropped off at the front door or use the valet for parking and just wear the appropriate heels for the outfit.

For me, Ugg boots goes on really well. But yea as Muzna said venue lets you decide what to wear. Otherwise it becomes reeeally difficult as to what to wear.
