Yes you are right.
I meant a fair measure of population, otherwise I am quite aware of this census on population. Even many Indian newspapers wrote against it.

Its an accurate population survay.. the papers wrote agaist the interpretation of the stats that came out the survay.. Its one of the biggest and mass survays in India and may be in the world as well.
