Ya, everyone has tests and trust me, girls have some tests that men can not even imagine. Allah doesnt look at if you are a girl or a guy, He looks at your deeds and its according to that that we will all be held accountable, regardless of our gender. Gender is not something we can control, its not something we had a say in, so how can we be held accountable for that. Its our actions that we can control, so thats our responsibility. Allah is Most Just and would never wrong any of us in any way. Whats important to remember is that Allah does not put a greater burden on us than we can bear --He says this in the Quran and as Muslims we should have 100% full certainty that whatever Allah says is the truth. So this promise of Allah's should comfort us and help us through any difficulty and challenges. Also if you feel you have to withstand greater temptation than someone else due to your particular situation, then also remember that inshallah your reward will also be greater.
