And while we’re on the subject, it’s funny to note women touting their ingenuity, when in reality, they are merely borrowing from the superior male intellect. e.g. whenever men invent a telephone, women “invent” things like cell phone covers and other cute accessories designed around a male invention. similarly, whenever men invent cars, women “invent” windshield wipers. LOL
Women on the other hand will either latch onto male inventions, like the woman who “invented” a disposable cell phone after a man had already invented the flippin’ telephone.
Female ingenuity in and of itself is fairly laughable. Women jump with joy over inventing ABC blocks and cookie dough when in fact men could have invented such trivial things if they weren’t so busy inventing freakin’ civilization.
A world without chocolate chip cookies?! You men, should be thanking us!
What's a chocolate chip cookie compared to a car, right? :(
You know what other "inferior" inventions were churned out by a woman's bailan? That's right folks! The birthplace of that unleavened string of dough....known as the noodle.....was a woman's kitchen. Tsk, tsk.
So one could argue that till the recent history, women were oppressed, were not given enough opportunities to work at authoritative positions, expected to be a home maker - or if offered a decent position, the compensation was not close to what their male counterparts were given.
Not to mention that all the rich businessmen (even the term is racist with ‘men’ at the end), were male, which means that all the investors of any research project (most inventions came out of such projects) were male and were only investing in the projects lead by another male. Female lead projects were never invested in.
So just for the above mentioned arguments, its not a surprise that you see low number of women inventors.
