Govt should amend the constitution but they wont. They know if they put some cut on benefits for establishment, they might have to do same with govt employees as well. Funds allocation, job quota allotment to MNAs/MPAs are very common examples.
yes, but to do so politicians themselves will have to come up clean from constitutional corruption. People always point fingers at establishment but its politicians who has to do the job.

The participants carrying banners rejected the baseless propaganda against Pak Army. He also chanted slogans in favor of the Pak Army. In Lahore, a rally was taken out under the auspices of Pakistan
I think this land allotment is according the policy of GHQ . Govt doesnot have any say in this. This is law from british times.. In case this allotment is part of the job contract from beginning of the jib and there is transparency in it, I dont see any issue. Very much like end of service reward in many organizations.
But if it is not part of the Job contract from beginning than need to be made more transparent.
^^ But they r saying that this land is not at beydian road. It is distributed not a joint piece of land. Further same day 11 more army men got land only RS is being targeted. I am not sure about the truth but we need to listen to other side of the story too.
I am never in favor of land grabbing by Army man. But if it is given according to rules and regulation than why to target RS rather than targetting and changing the rule itself..
PML(N) is taking revenge for his treatment to corrupt rulers. However this single revelation shows that how much army is corrupted since partition. They have only won their own land since 1947 and sold in billions to make DHAs etc bs. This legalize corruption should be stopped created by Angrez Sahab Bahadur.
