I'm taking Nature made Multi prenatal, some of nature made's vitamins do have gelatin, this one doesn't :)

^That's what I took initially. But the doc recommended ones with Omega 3. That's what's hard to find. It's almost always in gelatin capsules.
PregVit is supposed to be good. Jamieson also makes a Prenatal with no gelatin. I think there was a post about this topic a while back with different recommendations, if you search it you should find it

Ask your doctor if you can take Omega 3 vitamins separetly from the prenatals. If so, there are vegetarian omega 3 capsules available at GNC in the U.S. In Lieu of that look for prenatals at some of the halal viatmins websites out tehre (google them).

^ Yeah I tried one brand of those veggie ones but it was just the source of the Omega 3 that was veggie; the capsule still had gelatin. I don't know what kind of gelatin these capsules have. I did once find a children's one that was specifically beef gelatin.

PregVit is gelatin free. Should be available to you where you are, although you need a doctor's prescription to get it.

PregnaCare multiviamins & fishoil tablets. They're made in the UK and despite the fact that the capsules contain gelatin, the gelatin is actually derived from halal sources, i rang and asked and this is what i was told.

I take PregVit. It even has ISNA's stamp of approval on the package.

My OB/GYN is real funny, she goes you know all these vitamins are just hype.... just take any generic one that suits you, they have all the necessary ones plus the extra extra ones.... as long as it suits you and doesn't make you too nauseous, you should be good :p

Pre Natal SAP…A naturopath suggested these as being completely vegetarian.
Buy them from Whole foods usually they have gelatin free products.
