Has anyone’s organization used group decision support systems (GDSS) in their policy meetings or strategy work sessions?
I’ve been training on GDSS tools for the past two months and just ran my first work session today with 15 people… I lead and facilitated the discussion and everyone totally loved the experience… we all contributed ideas anonymously and parallely, reached consensus faster and were even able to analyze the recommendations on-the-fly - moreover, the proposal report is just about ready too! 
For the first time, I’ve felt a certain tool is more than just fluff - saved me a lot of work.
