Arabs basically used the issue of Israel and Palestine to show who will be the leader of the Arab World. Jordan, Syria, Iraq and Egypt were all rivals in 1948. That is why Arabs lost the 48 war because they could not coordinate properly, didnt help each other out.
And Palestine was indeed ruled by Arabs for 19 years from 1948 to 1967 when Egypt controlled Gaza and Jordan the West Bank. The Arab countries purposly didnt accomodate the palestinian population in their countries to show what Israel had done.
This whole mess in israel-palestine is created by the buffonry of Arab leaders and still persists to this day.

you'll find this whole mess was created by religious extremist zealot jews. thats jews not israellis, arabs, egyptians or anyone else. you need to agree to this to have any credibility left in your defence of israel

^^ the problem with your logic is that you assume that it was the coming of european jews that displaced the palestinian population but that is not true...
some european jews did indeed come to palestine but they mostly lived in predominately jewish areas on the coastal areas of palestine and when israel declared its independence the areas it got were mostly coastal areas running from haifa to tel aviv and no palestinians were displaced in may 1948 when israel got its independence.
they were deplaced after arabs tried to destroy israel and israel fought back and took over more territory and israeli army did not kick out the palestinians but they fled due to the propoganda that arab generals started spewing about israeli atrocities towards the palestinian population in hopes that the arabs fought fight harder.
but it completely back fired and instead of fighting vehemently, the palestinian population fled with the retreating arab army and thats how the refugee problem was created

Giving up occupied illegally occupied territories to their owners is NO favor. Israel should give up all illegally occupied territories in West Bank as well, and also of those refugees whom they expulged from their homes in other countries.

jewish arabs defeated the muslim arabs by fighting much more better and efficently and fighting a defensive and gureilla war since the palestinians didnt have an army and it was mostly foreign arab powers who were fighting on the behest of the palestinians. their morale quickly sapped with heavy losses

The Israeli people have understood this. This is the time to work for peace. Let the Arab meet the Jew — as they did in all the centuries that Christians were hounding and demonizing them both — as neighbors and cousins, keeping mischief-makers out.
