Creepy, IMO, is not the best choice to describe this complex issue, especially considering the foaming at the mouth hatred shown against this behavior in this own forum elsewhere.

I will not belabor this anymore - just chipping in per OP’s suggestion.

You cannot call these kind of isolated/rare events as evidence that animals indeed are homosexual.

Certainly not a long lasting behavior that maybe considered ‘normal’ or ‘intrinsic’ behavior.

Arguments to the contrary are present and no final conclusion can be drawn.

It has been discovered, the ‘famous homosexual penguins’ were NOT homosexual.

I just may have got the whole ordeal a bit wrong. But hey, someones gotta defend the Penguins at some point of time. They aren't heartless little souls that won't grab someone by the neck while we're laying to rest. Besides, I'm all for hurting myself than hurting someone else. Yet I may not come across as one or the perfect sort in some cases. Lookie at my sig and judge me for all I care. :-)

Come on now, are we saying we cannot express our opinions about whether certain phrases are inappropriate? I believe no line was crossed here.

As for judging others intentions, a clarification was requested re: use of the word creepy. And there was mutual disagreement on whether use of this word in this context was appropriate or not.

In my opinion, this is an example of a moderator stepping in when not needed. Thanks!
