No, west is just more openly gay as it’s better tolerated here. East is just as gay but don’t come out and be proud about it. if you look at red light districts in pakistan, you will come across just as many male/transgender prostitutes as females, if not more. who’s using ‘transgender’ prostitutes? not heterosexual men, it’s either bi or homosexual menwho ‘use’ them. so many hijras/khusra/transgender do prostitution on the side, along with singing and dancing at weddings. whos having sex with them? certainly not straight guys.
