impotent is a very very vague term which could mean anything from ED to low sperm count.

and impotence of any sort doesnt make a guy want to dress up in women’s clothes and clap hands. these are desi society’s euphemisms for transvestite homosexuals.

I still stand correct. When they say, “Allah tumeh hijra de” means someone who’s not able to reproduce. And I never said all hijras are cross-dressers but it’s true that a man with womanly attributes would be considered hijra or hijra like regardless of being or not being impotent. Begum Nawazish is a bi but people call him hijra coz of his dressing up as a woman.
