I was wondering if someone knows exactly what’s happening in Gawadar? A few months ago, Supreme Court had ruled that real estate business in Gawadar has no legal cover. The court did not say that it’s illegal. But given the projected potential of Gawadar, current property prices appear to be extremely cheap. Is it a good time to invest in there as prices may go up as law and order situation gets under control in Balochistan?

Its the best time to invest there. We've already invested alot, as you mentioned, it is extremely cheap right now.
