The Balochi Sardars are at fault. When your own leaders steal away your resources and monetary allotment for the year by the government, AND you let them, AND you blame others instead of your own local leaders, AND you stand by some local leaders when they take money from India to terrorize the rest of the country, then maybe natural selection just needs to do its job and kill them off with starvation.
