I am confused, Did pakistan tested a Ghauri 2 or Ghauri 3?

Cause if it’s Ghauri 3, then it should have a range of 3000km(source is: http://www.fas.org/nuke/guide/pakistan/missile/abdali.htm))

But this missile that was tested doesn’t have a range of 3000 km.

On the other hand, this image(http://www.gupistan.com/gallery/1/missile1.jpg) shows that pakistan tested a Ghauri 3 since it says it right there.

I am confused, I mean what is going on here? Did pakistan just tested a Ghauri 2 again and claimed it as Ghauri 3?

This is really weird, please, can someone fully explain to me what’s going on here?
