Yes,

Gastr/Gastro refers to stomah and when you attach itis at end, it becomes inflammation of stomach as in dermatitis which wud mean inflammation of the skin so yea…

EMM baji or whoever is a doctor if u are reading this could i be suffering from migraine headache? i mean Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, facial pallor, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches

i think i can explain the nose bleed

nose bleeds can happen because of changes from a bitter cold outside environment to a warm, dry, heated home results in drying and changes in the nose which will make it more susceptible to bleeding. Nosebleeds also occur in hot dry climates with low humidity, or when there is a change in the seasons.
