In Washington (State) some gas stations charge 45 cents flat fee if you use debit card .. this is stupid

I cant the see the video from work so I wont be able to reply on the actual issue..
But let me tell ya that most of the small corner shops here , have a limit as well ..
Customer must spend a certain amount £10 in most cases ] to avail credit card facility ..
Well convenience stores , aint they … so ya gotta pay for your nice and little convenience ..
