Yes I heard about the deal but does the deal actually took place? I mean if was Bush who started and then there was some HURDLE as usual and then just talks..( apart from newspapers and hand shaked) as what i understand is, USA is least interested in the development of its New Friend, all they are interested is to use it against CHINA etc… so giving India Civil Nuclear Technology was just a something to keep India away from the deal which could have brought some peace in the region… and as you know that if the region is peaceful who is going to but weapons and other defense equipment worth billions of dollars…
