Anyone have a recipe for those garlic mayo fries they sell on the street in Karachi?

Just add ginger paste in mayonnaise and they become Garlic mayo fries or if you want to put garlic salt over french fries or in mayo
garlic mayo fries
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Blend mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
This is my go to garlic mayo recipe…it’s amazing on everything (dipping for fries, on shwarmas, served with grilled chicken kebabs..)
