Has anyone read or heard this?.. eating garlic has very positive effect on men’s t-levels which in returns gives them remarkable results if they’re working out. I read this today on m&f magazine…they referred garlic as " anabolic agent "…can it be true? Are there any garlic supplements available?
im gonna try eating garlic from now on.. but how else can i eat it without always putting it in my food?.. thinking

"Testosterone is poisonous when in wrong hands".
lol just a funny quote that struck my mind when I saw your post. But you are right, garlic is known to increase t-levels significantly - which will certainly be very helpful when working out.
Worst part is, garlic causes breath and body odor. A better way to benefit from garlic could be the odorless garlic supplements - they are available at nutrition shops.
