can sum1 tell me the difference between a sharara and garara getting a bit confused which one is what any help pls? :slight_smile:

A Sharara is like a skirt
A Gharara is like a loose pant

Ghararas have two painchas with a "gote" (joint) at the knee or below. It gives the look of a full skirt.

Shararas are pretty much skirts. I think the term lengha refers to the same types of clothes.

Dhaka Pajama also has two painchas, but no "gote" and looks more like very loose pants, but it can also look like a skirt.

Shararas/lenghas have different styles. Some are loose, some are fitted.

gharara is differnt from knee portion or below knee.it has ““chunat”” kind of thng..on the other hand sharar is straight

bcoz i have already wore gharara on my engagemnt :P

and on mehndi i want to wear sharaar but i wont make it,,bcoz i wanna make such kind of dress which i can easily wear and use after wedding :)

naww,,there is not any rewaj of giving mehndi dress to friends in our family..han there is rewaj of giving dress to maid...but i cnt give such an expensive dress to kam wali..

u can utilize sharara afterwards ur shadi too keep the shirt heavy n sharara simple with just borders it will look like coulote. isnt it??? as i am opting for a sharara wid long shirt for my wedding day! :)

xactly yaar!even the girls are re-using their mehndi outfits now a days coz now we cant waste up so heavly n expensively made dresses.... which had our sooo panicing long days planning too behind them! :D

my mother in law jus told me she wants to make a sharara for my mehndi so i cudnt figure out wats wat, @at miss chievious we have tht rewaaj so im planning on gettin a cheap one too which i can give away which i will wear a week to my mehndi they call it mayon another rewaaj :) cant keep up sumtimes

yeah inspiron finally got it sorted had to go by wat ever1 was sayin family wale and all just left it after bari eid start of november plus wont be hot either gud time thanks for asking sweets xxx
