hmmm you dont need to upgrade really. By cabby if you mean a casing, I might get NZST lexa s which wont be available for a month a two. I might never buy a case and set it all up in a box.

from what i have seen sandy bridge is a good upgrade in gaming from 760 atleast 15-50 percent according anandtech,i play with full settings and MAX AA AT 1920#1080.every little fps help.suppose if rig is running with mid-high settings with no AA at 60 fps another one at 100 fps it doesn't make any defference to naked eye,at same time with very high setting and max AA,there is a huge defference between a rig running at 15-18 fps another one at 25-30 fps.i think sandy bridge can produce atleast 10 fps more at high level settings for cpu intense games like crysis,warhead,metro 2033.with new games like crysis 2 and witcher 2 coming soon.and in most of review they won't even run on full settings
btw there is a problem with my graphics card return it back,i need to get new one so the upgrade,i usually upgrade every 6 months,hope my new rig lasts atleast 2years this time.unless bulldozer does something extraordinary :D

and what do you up grade every six months ? I believe Intel upgrades their processors only once a year and AMD takes 1-2 years to bring out a new line up. If you want to increase the fps, just add another 5870. Dont expect much from bulldozer, but intel's Ivy Bridge by the end of this year or 1st quarter of next year.

upgrade means mostly graphics card,from last one year i changed from 260 gtx to 470 gtx(which was so hot) to 5870(had some problem,return it back so no graphics card now)i brought core i5 760 around 5 months back,before that i had unlocked 555 be.anyway iam keeping my fingers crossed about bulldozer,can't say anything until benchmark are out,AMD needs to deliver this time to keep some balance,they have done awesome job with graphics department,about ivy bridge those 28mm will have similar upgrade just like sandy bridge over first gen core i7/5s. who knows if bulldozer performs similar to sandy bridge they will have huge advantage with the price
Btw dude i need help on cpu cooler,those water cooler too many tubes not for me

I just use the 360 but if I want to game I use my MBP 17" (Bootcamp Win7 x642.5GHz C2Duo, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 8600GT 512MB) and it kinda does the job for the few games I use it for.
On a side note, been playing the new Assassins Creed. I just got a hold of it for my 360 and its pretty good.

well, its selling for around 900 dollars lol. Its better to crossfire two unlocked 6950s or put two "asus direct cu2 HD6950"(just out. performs like a sapphire 6970) in cross fire.

Some members on a gaming forum wouldnt believe that I could average 50-60 FPS (and 70-80FPS) with full overclock on new Crysis 2 MP demo. So I did a benchmark test of 3DMark11. It even surprised me. I spent a lot of time mixing and matching different parts before going for this setup, and enjoying the supremacy now

anyway ordered sandy bridge 2500k and asus p8p67 pro
now iam confused between 570 gtx and 6950 2gb. i know a dealer who has reference stock 1st batch(6950) . it will unlock to 6970 for sure can spend extra money on cpu cooler or should i get 570 gtx
