What games do you still remember playing? What were your favourites?
I loved Sonic and Out-Run on Sega and Pole Position on Atari.
Games were so simple back then.

On N64 - Mario Kart, Yoshi Story and Zelda
On PC - Red Alert and Dizzy

Mario Kart, Rampage World War, Mario Party 1-2, Nascar 2000, James Bond, Paper Mario, Super Mario on Nintendo 64
Sonic and Captain Blasto on Sega

I still have fond memories of the Phantasy Star series on SMS and Genesis (aka Megadrive), particularly 1 & 4. Another all-time favorite is Skies of Arcadia, though it might not technically be from my youth.
