Ali Abbas
Ali Abbas paints the people of Thar. Men and women of this culturally rich people are shown in their natural setting dancing, working, migrating or resting. Abbas use watercolors to create the rich heritage of Thar, occasionally using other mediums and techniques to create the effect of shadows, breeze and movements in the composition. The people of Thar are firecely independent and workaholic. Ali Abbas is an iconography of these fascinating people.

Asif Gayas
Asif begun to show his sketches in pen and ink in exhibitions in the early 90s and at that time produced sketches of men women, and the design of architectural pre and post colonial landmarks of Pakistan. Since then he has broadened his work to oil on canvas depicting realistic landscapes and cityscapes. His life size figures of women in pen and ink speaks volume and mesmerizes art lover of his ability to capture details in model. One of the best students of Iqbal Mehdi. He retains many techniques of his mentor and at times it is hard to discern the work of two.

Dilawar Mirza
Mirza composes his miniature paintings from Mogul period with ease. Although inspired by a very renowned artist of Pakistan - Chugtai, his work, if not at par but is very much similar to master artist Chugatai. The modern techniques and materials which were not available during Chugtai’s period is to his added advantages. He has been known to pain mogul arts in his career of over 50 years. Using his own likeness to paint mogul empires and their second halves he has adopted a multitude of female characters in his works.
