Welll I’m pretty much a newbie when it comes to android. So I don’t know if it’s normal for the device to reboot by itself. It happened two times since I have updated it to Kitkat. First time it was on the day after the update and a second time this morning after a window saying something about Whatsapp not running properly. I ran a scan with Norton and no issues are showing up. Phone is not rooted btw.

Tried resetting it?
Take out battery , leave for 10 seconds. Then reboot.
If not, reset :(

If you have insurance on it take it to the carrier's shop.
Try removing watscrap.
