what else shall i make.. lots of carrots at home.

carrot juice

chop them and freeze them

Saute them with a little garlic zeera and whole dried red peppers and throw in a tsp of tomato sauce in a can, gallafy and enjoy!!

^ made chicken, carrots, potato, peas salan. My MIL suggested as she saw it on some cooking show.
