Gait and sitting posture

being mobile is a blessing as well as an impression forming tool.
for both men and women, a proper gait is extremely important.
do u view ur significant other’s or even ur own gait as ‘proper’?
would u change it? i.e. if u walk slow and droopy, u will learnt to walk more assertive and brisk?

there are health benefits for a better posture as well. people who curve up their backs and sit half folded with the shoulder blades sticking out, actually over time, can damage their lungs’ capacity to inhale and exhale properly. the best way to determine who sits proper, is when they are working or reading.
so, please sit down with a straight back, and ask ur dear ones to do so, as well.
also, do not compress any part of the limbs ( as in cross legs) or arms on a floor cushions pressed to the ground, for the whole length of the movie, as it can strain the muscles & blood circulation can become partly chocked.
any comments to share, please do so!

Re: Gait and sitting posture

i dont slouch at all....even while sitting. My mom used to hit our backs when we did :( but now im glad she did...sitting/standing upright looks really graceful.
