Gaining weight?

There’s alot of threads about losing weight. Can someone recommend a deit that helps you put weight on?
I have heard about Banana Milk shake twice a day one? diets? remedies? anything?

That's low. The easy thing to say would be to eat plenty of junk food but no go and see your G.P (Doc'). You don't want to harm your body with these totkay's.

Get married and start eating meals with your husband. :smack: I was tiny until I did. :grumpy:.

well just diet wont work u have to be lazy too

so dont eat junk food or all that ghee shee

just go for natural food like starch i mean boiled potatoes in stead of fried

and any kind of boiled starch y foods and sweet fruits like bananas and mangoes and stuff

and increase the intake of food

i mean make it double than u normally eat or may be not double but in crease it

and keep eating stuff during day like walking around with sum food in ur hand and watching tv

but dont eat unhealthy food

it can harm u

how tall are you?

if you are approx 5'3-5'5 then 110-115 is a nice weight IMO.

do u wanna put on weight on right places or it doesnt matter to you?.. if it doesnt matter to u... then eat like crazzyyyy.. if u wana put on weight on the right places.. then workout is necessary..with diet.

To gain weight, still eat meals 5-6 times a day. Eat full meals 2-3 times a day without counting the calories and/or fat. Maintain a low profile on the rest of your small meals. Avoid sweetners (suclarose), fast-food. Eating more but eating healthy is a natural way to gain weight. If ever you want to go back to lose or maintain your bodyweight, getting rid of the junk food will not be a part of the picture if you don't start the habit of it now.
