I am looking for some gadget that is not awfully expensive but will make the life of a senior citizen easy, who cant cut and chop veggies and fruits with the usual knives and peelers due to illness.
any recommendations?

I am interested in this too. For my Ammi. So ya’ll don’t think I am the senior citizen in question.
We tried thisand this. She likes them both and has used them for a while, but doesn’t anymore. Think she is afraid of cleaning them, those blades being so sharp and all. For now my wife cuts and preps the stuff for her. Doesn’t always go well. But that is a topic for a different forum.

Only dependable gadget
other gadgets are only overrated because of cleaning etc associated with even simple task of chopping for salsa
