I made in my own style... :)
2 liter Double cream milk
1.19kg pakistani carrot
combine and put on heat. After it boiles turn the heat down and let it cook until gajar is done. And milk is reduced. Add sugar 3/4 cup, 1tsp ilaichi powder and cook. If you're using non stick pan you wont need to add oil or ghee, it makes it too greasy. Bhoonafy it well. and there you go.
For garnish, soak badaam in hot water for 2 hrs, peel the skin. Halve and cut jullian.
