Most travel agents either rob me or tell me my life is in grave danger if I go on one more expedition.

Best to scrap the agents and go solo… I have always had a warm welcome at foreign embassies even when those countries were thoroughly hostile, perhaps it’s something about my companions :hmmm:

Very well we shall do it together...

I would like to make a great journey from the Black waters of Shanghai in the far East and lead my people across the steppes, down through the heartland of India and up again through the Mountains of Pakistan (if possible Afghanistan) or possible the vast lands of Gedrosia and then through Persian platue to Mesopatamia and thence to greater Arabas Magnus and thence to the sacred land of Hijaz.

Oh what a mission that would be an adventure to surpass all my adventures... I intend to march before my 40th year... perhaps you might want to accompany me and we could make a stop at Bangalore for supplies and worst comes to worse we might sail across from Madras.
