Pakistan is not struggling because people are moving away from Islam. Wearing T-shirts and shorts is not the biggest challenge we are up against. On the other hand, western countries are not progressing because they are saints or have a great work ethic.
They have a ‘system’ in place which is enforced and respected. If Pakistanies have to blame anyone, they should blame themselves.
No foreign country can impact your fragile values in such a drastic way that the whole nation becomes corrupt.
