You know if you go to Desi Buffets , in the salad bar they usually have this green coloured fusilli pasta .. its really spicy and tasty …
I havnt been able to establish what sauce is used to make it spicy …
Anyone can relate what i am talking about?

Maybe fusilli in a spicy pesto sauce? Though when I think of green fusilli, it’s usually in the tri-coloured pasta packages, kind of like this:

I personally buy my pesto sauces from gourmet supermarkets instead of making it (too much hassle). My sister makes hers from scratch - she uses a basil base with pine nuts, garlic, and a bunch of other ingredients that I’m not sure about. But the truth is you can be really creative with pesto sauces - the greens you use as well as nuts and seasonings can all be modified or swapped to suit your palette.
