Any good places for Furniture in Toronto? Reasonable yet unsual stuff? Mostly the furniture I’ve been coming across is pretty much the same everywhere, and I absolutely dislike Brick and Leons etc…We need to get stuff that is solid and lasting…

Has anyone brought furniture from Pakistan?

I went thru this myself after doing much of research if you want something different/elegant, try stores in Woodbridge, amazing stores and inventory, prices are somewhat higher than brick or leon’s because most pieces are designer such as ‘Steven and Chris’ and you can always customize to you liking, like I picked out the fabric myself for the sofas/pillows

I want to know more about getting furniture from pakistan as well even carpets or rugs?

For now the only stores I’ve liked are Interiors in Vaughan and Stoney Creek furniture:smack:…Cant find anything at all!

How long did they take to deliver custom furniture? Are you happy with the products? I definitely dont want the Leons/Brick/Ashley pricing as they dont have good quality either…I mean, the sofas arnt even comfy:s

I can’t really comment on quality or comfort but have you checked out West Elm, Crate & Barrel or even Mobilia?

we have bought stuff from structube, urban barn and west elm, pretty decent quality and reasonable prices.

What I really wanted was Pottety barn and Ethan Allen, but we have little babies running around the house, and didnt want to get anything ruined beyond recognition :hehe: so saved that option for sometime in future iA

However after doing much research we bought our furniture from deco art (woodbridge) and I can happily say that I absolutely love it, they did exactly what I wanted, there was a lot of styles/fabric variety to choose from, I didn’t find it too pricey because I got everything customized, my sofas came out to a bit more because the fabric I chose was actually was for othe pillows i.e thicker material, it felt good to play designer :slight_smile:

I like Urban Barn. The stuff is nice and prices reasonable. There’s also places like ELTE, Union Lighting (reasonable prices) and The Art Shoppe. These are all located in Toronto. We recently went to Art Shoppe, their stuff is very nice but pricey.

Ok will check them out! Has anyone had an experience with Decorium and Interiors? What about Pier 1 Imports, Quality of sofas?
