For you tube videos use the following:

[yt ] post the url for the video not the full url but just the identifcation part [/yt]

For example:

For the above video i posted the full url is :

http:// www.youtube.com/watch ?v=E6S31_XeDOo

Just post the last bit starting from [yt ]E6S31_XeDOo [/yt]
