funny tummy

never before i tried to do any special exercise …other than walking fast !

but now i want to know some really quick tips for that !

i’m 5,6 (height)…but have always been underweight …my weight now is around 52 kg
but i have a funny tummy …:frowning:

i want some exercise for that …n going to gym is not my option

any suggestions …???

Hmm close to 110 lbs at 5'6". According to the weight chart table you are underweight. I would suggest light excercises. But your question is about a "funny tummy" or abdominal area. What are you refering to exactly? What is it that you want to target or tone?

coco.....i want to shed fat around abdominal area .....i said funny coz i'm really skinny but have a big tummy

one thing more ....i can't go for dieting ....i get hungry every two hours or so ...!

stomach crunches. buy a pilates exercise tape and do it at home.

Stop wearing midriffs.

Post baby belly? Are you still breastfeeding? Only reason i ask is it would effect what kind of stomach exercises you can do at the moment.

shahreen

yes i am nursing …but i thought i should be back in good shape as its 3 months now

Give it three more months before you think about excercising your stomach aggressively. Your body has gone through some drastic changes. The funny tummy is due to the labor and nothing more. You can start off by working out lightly with a swiss or medicine ball, there are many ab excercises available on the web without having to invest in videos or gadgets.

Afia, I'll pm you later.

ohh…i’m about to attend a wedding in pak …

waisay ,…thanx

Or you could cheat and buy those huge concrete corset underwear things to hold it all in, they do work if you're only wearing them for short periods and as long as you don't try and bend over cos you'll cut yourself in half!

You could do many exercises at home. There is a tummy trainer, that you could buy 'Ab Shaper Basic' Its basically, you lie on your back and move only your upper part of the body slightly, with your arms crossed on your chest. I think thats suppose to help.
