Gets inside a waiting cab and shouts at the driver “Follow that car”
The driver promptly gets out of the cab and starts running after the car 
And inspector Cluseau sits there totally dumb faced

The passengers arrive from BEHIND the leather curtain, sitting squat legged on the luggage belt which is moving around the hall
and the luggage is neatly stacked on the floor, as soon as the passengers arrive near their suitcases, they shout Yaaayyyyyyyy 
and jump off the belt to claim their suitcases
