my friend was BHAOOOWED when girl (who is bhabi now) asked him “do you pray regularly?” lol …almost dropped his cup 
I was put in difficult position too by my begum during this chai process.
To start discussion, I asked her “so you go to Karachi University, University abhi bhi WASIEEE 
hee hai?”
she was like “Kaisee? Kaisee thee when you were there?”

My friend got "so...can I see your hair?" when she spoke to a potential guy, cos she wears a hijab. She was not a happy bunny :/

My mum asked my huby do you have girl frnds when she told me this I was like oh yeah he will definetly gng 2 tell u my grandfather is a writer n my MIL asked me do you read his books n I said no ooops

oo man .. after reading such stories .. I feel like going for a chai ka cup .. .. .. in such situations i have always proven to be the stupidest guy .. :s but its fun

Seriously, everyone asks the same thing. Aisa lagta hai ghar pe koi khana nahin banata.
When my MIL first came to see me she said "humlog religious hain but mera beta xyada age hai humlogon se he can get strict sometimes tum manage krsko uske sath to he han karna" lol good thing is he doesnt get a chance to b strict around me as we r very much alike but hes not even strict around his family so duno y she said that..
Oh and yes my mom did mention to my MIL on the very first chai meeting that i duno how to cook and iv been a lazy ass all my life haha to which she replied koi bat nahi sekh jaegi and xaruri nahi jo larki shadi hokr aye uspe sari zimedari daldi jae i cook for my kids now ill cook for them later aswell..aah i love her..
And the weirdest question was when my husband's phupu asked us on our second meeting "haq mehr ktna hona chaiye" talk about being straightforward:s
As for chai to we didnt serve them chai instead they brought chai for us haha as they r the chai walaz-unfortunately rivals of tapal:p
