Funny: just look at the pic 
Sad: he seems to be over 65 or so - meaning he was young when our forefathers were fighting for an Islamic State where their generations could live freely. Maybe he was one of those freedom fighters..

i'm sorry, but i dont find it funny at all! pakistan needs ppl with such patriotism! this elderly uncle shows more passion then most youngsters do :( and look at the police personnel smiling away... agar itni sharam aarahi hai to inn sahab ko choorh kyon nahi de te?

They are probably doing their job. It's not like they are beating him up or anything. Who knows what the old man was doing? Some old people are stubborn and may be he wasn't listening to them? They've gotta do what they gotta do. At least they are carrying him with respect and smiling faces because they have to do their job. It could've been worse.

I find it funny as well. As Shikra said, we don't know what that baba ji had done, and I guess the tullas smiles tell us the "feeling" of that arrest. :)
