omg it did! they had a fight right after the walima!
They just had they’re first anniversary a few days ago and that was also completely mad.

My dad is a really simple type of guy, doesn't really understand the need for make-up or lehngas (since he is asking me why I can't just wear a nice shalwar kameez on my wedding with dupata LOL). On my sister's weddign she got all dressed up and when she came back from the salon after her make-up/jewls/hair
My dad saw her infront of everyone and he seriously said "you look so different, like you just washed your face or something"

At my cousins barat, she was standing on stage with the bridegroom for foto session. The camera man would tell her to smile less and she just couldn't stop laughing but at the same time she looked embarassed. Everyone was like this is usually the time when the bride starts to cry before being taken to the car. I went to take something from the back of the stage and saw that the bridegroom was teasing her.

Once at a mehndi I went to, they had some people doing live singing -not hired singer, but from their family, friends etc. So one guy who introduced himself as one of the bride's best friends was like the bride asked me to sing a song on her mehndi for her, so this song is for you --and he starts singing Maula Mera....was just super weird to see the bride sitting there with the guy she is going to marry, and meanwhile her best friend is singing to her ankhein teri, kitnee haseen, inka ashiq mein bun gaya hoon..mujh ko basale...! With his eyes locked on her the whole time! I dont know if he was in love with her or something or was it just a really poor taste in song selection, but it was super awkward!
