i worked for Geek Squad for few months. We were forced to sell hardware to people who book us for service calls(lie to them tell them their current wifi router is not speedy enough..ohh u r a tech u can think of convincing lie). We were instructed to sell$300 service package instead of $100 package.
KKF: Most of the time its the store policy not tech. Faulty designs…they know if they built it it will sell.
