Are there any uncles or aunties who’ve said something seirously funny in punjabi?

or a punjabi phrase you can rotfl to?

or even pronouncing english words very freshly?

well i do have a cousin who once saw a buffalo running into the khaits of family and said to an aunt: "oh majh twadi cheez vich warh gayee ae"

this kid couldnt find the right word for 'khait'

The most commonly heard “khasmaa nu khao” - it sounds so neat

One old granny at my pind has some of the best ones like “tennu kuttay penr”, “khoti da putter”, “soo’er boothi” :-/

There are so many, cant really think of one right now.

I love 'oye twaadi'

I think thats cos of GGM though. My personal fav is dushman na hova teh. In fact, anything na hova teh. Khota na hova teh is a good one too!

oh yeah I absolutely adore her. Out of affection she calls me “tagga” :-/

And then she adds this one word with every person and object’s name - *and I quote *- 'raami With due respect to the decent guppies, but its SO funny the way she says it. For instance, ‘tagga’ would be ‘tagga raami’ if his joke gets out of proportion and her own son, who has the fancy nickname of “bobby” would be “boba raami” for her.
