The Muslims of my community are in need of help. We are currently in the process of buying a Church which has come up for sale and wish to transform it into a Mosque.
As we all know, that constructing a house of Allah :swt: whether through monetary aid or through labour is not just plain Sadaqa for which you get instantaneous reward, or Sawaab…It is Sadqa-e-Jariyah, meaning, its reward will continue to bless you and your family till Qiyamaah…
Any form of donation, whether Zakaat, Fitraah no matter how small will be most welcomed and will not only be appreciated by my community but be rewarded by Allah :swt: in the form of blessings for you and your family InshAllah till the day of Aakhira…
When I approached my community members about putting up a request for money on GupShup, I was highly discouraged…Mostly because they all said that it would be an exercise in futility…But being as optimistic as I am, I am going ahead anyways in the hopes that there would be someone able to help in any way…It’s the intention that counts, not the size of the deed…

Monetary aid is not everything…If you do not intend to make a donation for our Masjid, please at least take three seconds to make Dua for this task that my community has undertaken and pray that we persevere…Do not underestimate the power of Dua, and maybe your dua would be all that we need to see this through…
