^ They are officials of public run organizations, most probably appointed on political basis. You can expect them to do anything for $$,$$$s.

Army and ISI aren't stupid.

All this 'terrorism condemnation' by so called liberal parties of Sindh was a facade and a cover up. Now it looks like Karachi was the hub of terror funding despite being ruled by patently liberal and anti terrorism parties. Who were they fooling?
