I’m thinking that is still too much…

Keep in mind that this is for a student starting university or could be for my 7 year old to surf on.

Never heard that machine name but its just use for surfing or enterainment u may buy it but cost of that lap top would be around 80 to 100 $ its enough for that laptop.

That’s exactly what I was thinking.
I was initially consof getting her something along the lines of the small units that are available but even they will run me around $300 by the time I pay for tax and all.

The only thing that really bugs me is paying money for something that has only 1 hour of standby time…

I think I will look around some more…

apparently the speed is also quite slow.

Muzna… it might be worth it to look at refurbished units at factorydirect. At least there’s a minimum 90 days warranty (can be extended), and you might be able to find something that’s much better within a $150 - $250 price range.
