I am getting a FTA receiver soon. I am extremely dumb when it comes to FTA. Please guide me in every possible direction as I am will be hiring a guy to do my Satellite installation. What do i need to tell him ? How Do I watch other Pakistani channels ? Please help thank you

Well you will need to buy a dish aswell. The only problem is installing the dish, because you really have to ‘search’ for a satellite signal. And because we have a few thousand satellites floating around its kinda hard to find the channels you want. I really suggest you hire some one to install everything. I tried it on my own and it took me 6 hours to find two pakistani channels :hehe:
So basically,
-you need to have a dish and receiver
-Install all the hardware

And you are done. The only problem is the dish and its signal

Thank you brother. I am getting the Coolsat8000 as I have 2 HD-DVD’s and I am going for the HD recievers. Not sure which one should i get for the 2nd TV. I am getting Dishnetwork installed with super dish and then I am hiring another proffesional to do my FTA installation and find me the channels. Which direction should I be getting the desi channels? well, errr I ll try to look it up for you. I believe you guys are using different satellites then we do in Europe.
