All of us are frustrated in some sense or the other.In my view frustration arises because of not being able to achieve something.
For instance if u can't get laid, u are sexually frustrated.
Frustration will eventually lead to stress then insomnia and then grabbing tht gun and shooting your brains all over the place :)

Furqan : it is like to get angry on even small things , exhaust , cry aolt , cry without any reason …well i dont know it is frustration or wht ? this is not with me … this abt my friend .
