u kno, i’m so sick of ignorant ppl. there r innocent children and women all over the world afraid to step out of their houses becoz they r afraid they’ll get shot, and all our generation worries abt is how pretty their hair looks. unfortunately, at college esp i am surrounded by sooo many ignorant, arrogant, ruthless people and it just sickes me. u’d think 20 year olds know wat’s going on in the world, but they don’t. it’s so sad. they r so easily brainwashed by the media. it’s just so frustrated. girls i kno dun even watch the news becoz it’s too ‘borin’ … wth :bummer: where is the world going if no one knows anything abt anything. wat do they expect to teach their children. i kno not everyone is like that, but right now a lot of ppl that suround me r just sooo hard to talk to. all they care abt is materialistic things. 
and if i ever open my mouth, the response i get is “ok abeerah we dun wanna hear ur lecture” or “we dun want the history lesson”
i just… ugh :mad:
i’m not saying it’s their fault they were raised with the wrong priorities but i mean when i want to know something, i go and find out, i research. i dun just sit there, oblivious of the world. when i tell ppl i want to learn, be challenged and knowledgable…they look at me like i dun have a life.
